Pip — Paper PlaneBy using Pip — Paper Plane (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
Pip — Paper Plane provides AI-assisted resume, cover-letter, interview and job-tracking tools. AI output is a drafting aid — you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you send to an employer.
The current free-tier daily quota is shown in the app. Quotas are anti-abuse controls, not a guarantee of throughput.
Subscriptions bought via the web version at pip-paperplane.com are billed through Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record, and renew until cancelled; manage them from the Creem customer portal linked in your purchase email.
Access continues until the end of the paid period, even after you cancel.
Refunds are handled by Creem under their refund policy and the EU 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. See the Refund Policy below for step-by-step instructions.
Use the service only with information you are entitled to share, and do not misrepresent your identity, attempt to bypass quotas, or reverse-engineer the service.
Your resume and the content you create remain yours. The app, its design system, and templates remain ours; a personal, non-transferable license is granted for your own job search.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interviews or employment outcomes. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

↑ Back to topPip — Paper Plane is operated by an independent developer, who acts as the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
We collect your account email (when you sign in) and anonymous usage counters. We do not collect your contacts, precise location, or advertising device identifiers.
Account data is stored in the US/EU via Cloudflare Workers KV. Backups you enable are stored in your own Google Drive AppData folder. Our servers never store your resume content.
Text you send for AI assistance is processed to return a result and is never used to train models, and never sold. AI-generated content is labelled "AI-assisted" in the app.
Purchases at pip-paperplane.com are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number.
Each provider processes only the minimum data needed for its function.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time under GDPR and CCPA. Erasure requests are completed within 30 days.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a web purchase within 14 days of the transaction. Where digital content has already been fully delivered with your express consent, the statutory right may be reduced — but we still honour good-faith requests made within the 14-day window.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Creem typically settles within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
